About Betty

I specialize in providing the gift of time to small business owners, so that they can build their businesses and make more income!

Do you sometimes sit at your desk and take a deep breath thinking about what you need to do before you even get started on your real work? I can take charge and do those things that make you take a deep breath. These tasks must get done, but do you really want to stop your income generating activities because you have to make client calls, collect payments, and perform all those other mundane (but necessary) tasks that take so much of your time?

Let me take those “chores” off your plate, so you can do what’s important for you and your business!

I have worked in office administration for many years, first as a secretary then advancing to executive assistant roles supporting senior executives and I love being the person behind the scenes making things happen.

I am so proud to be doing what I love — providing support by applying my skills and talents while being self-employed, working with the best… my clients!

I am a native of Chicago, Illinois and love being a Chicagoan (although the winters are a bit challenging)!

I am a wife, mother, and just love being a grandmother!

I am a proud graduate of AssistU‘s Virtual Training Program. After 20 weeks of intense training, I graduated in 2009 and received a great foundation for my Virtual Assistance business.

As a business owner, I am always looking for ways to help my clients improve their systems, or coming up with suggestions that might help them grow. Sometimes these suggestions spark some great ideas, which can lead to some great projects being implemented.

As your Virtual Assistant, I partner with you. Together we develop a long-term collaborative relationship where both my client and I learn, grow and respect each other.

Please come into Mi Casa, you’ll be glad you did!

Betty is very cordial, energetic, fair, cheerful, and follows businesslike procedures to accomplish her assignments and objectives... She demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out her responsibilities and excels in turning chaos into order.
